Our client, is currently looking for a Head of Client Operations & Partner Management to lead a multilingual team and oversee client servicing activities across their Dutch-speaking markets.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a multicultural team responsible for partner and client servicing activities;
- Ensure the efficient management of operational processes and client-related activities;
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners;
- Drive collaboration between operational, commercial and support functions;
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and strong client satisfaction;
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement improvement actions;
- Identify opportunities to optimise processes and enhance efficiency;
- Support the implementation of digital solutions to improve workflows and client experience;
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards;
- Contribute to strategic initiatives related to service excellence and operational transformation.
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar management role within financial services (insurance/life insurance experience is highly valued);
- Strong experience in client servicing, operations or partner management;
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English is mandatory;
- Additional European languages are considered an asset;
- Proven people management and leadership skills;
- Strong client orientation with excellent communication abilities;
- Structured, autonomous and solution-oriented mindset;
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution;
- Comfortable working in an international and changing environment.
