European Head of Sales - Fibre & Connectivity
(candidate must be based in Europe and eligible to work in the region)
We are currently partnering with a European connectivity infrastructure provider that owns and operates its own fibre network across key markets in Central and Eastern Europe. The business delivers carrier-grade connectivity solutions, supporting operators, data centres, hyperscalers, cloud providers and enterprise customers with scalable high-capacity infrastructure.
They are currently searching for a Head of Sales to drive commercial growth across Europe, they need someone who has proven experience in building relationships, opening new opportunities and personally leading strategic deals from initial conversations through to close.
This is a player-manager role suited to commercially driven sales leader who enjoys being close to the market, winning new business, and developing long-term partnerships.
What we're looking for:
- Proven track record of winning new business within fibre, connectivity, telecoms, or digital infrastructure markets
- Experience personally managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and relationship building through negotiation and close
- Strong network across Tier 1/Tier 2 carriers, hyperscalers, data centre operators, and enterprise customers
- Experience selling solutions such as Dark Fibre, fibre pairs, wavelengths, capacity, Ethernet, or related connectivity services
