About The Job
As a Head of 3-Wheeler vertical for East & West regions, you will be responsible to manage the entire financing operations of the 3 wheelers at East & West regions; manage the team of regional officers & loan officers working in the region and ensure smooth operations to obtain business goals and targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional finance sales and recovery targets.
- Lead initiatives to increase market share and strengthen the company's competitive position.
- Identify customer needs and market trends to develop competitive financing products.
- Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, asset quality, and profitability metrics.
- Implement corrective measures to address portfolio risks and underperforming segments.
- Coordinate with collections teams to improve recovery rates and reduce non-performing assets.
- Regularly review portfolio health and recommend strategic interventions.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to maximize productivity and market penetration.
- Ensure efficient processing of loan applications and disbursements
- Ensure adherence to credit risk frameworks and lending guidelines.
- Conduct regular dealer performance reviews and suggest corrective actions.
- Promote digitalization and process automation initiatives across the 3-wheeler vertical.
- Provide management with regular financial and business performance reports.
- Maintain high standards of corporate governance and ethical business practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, integrity, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Management, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, hire purchase, vehicle financing, microfinance, banking, or lending institutions.
- Demonstrated success in business development, portfolio management, and collections oversight.
- Strong analytical, negotiation & decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
