About the job

We are seeking a seasoned and motivated product leader to join our CIB – Transaction Banking team as Head of Product for Trade Finance & Supply Chain, leading the team, owning commercial performance, and driving product development in close partnership with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end product development and lifecycle management (concept, business case, pricing, go-to-market, enhancements), in close cooperation with Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal and Compliance.
Own the P&L for the product suite, setting targets and monitoring revenues, costs, profitability and KPIs to achieve annual objectives.
Partner with Corporate & Investment Banking coverage and sales teams to identify corporate client needs, build pipelines and accelerate adoption of trade and supply chain solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending the most suitable solution and structuring proposals for complex transactions and international trade flows.
Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of complex and high-value transactions, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring high service quality.
Lead, develop and coach the team, building capabilities through structured training, performance management and succession planning.
Represent the team and the Bank in internal and external forums, industry working groups and trade events, strengthening thought leadership and partnerships.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings and sector dynamics to continuously improve product relevance and client value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be considered an asset.
At least 10 years of experience in Trade Finance related position, with a solid understanding of international rules applicable to trade finance products.
Proven experience in product management/ownership.
Client-centric mindset with demonstrated ability to advise corporate clients and structure solutions across trade finance and supply chain finance.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
