About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to drive our revenue growth in Bhopal. You will design aggressive sales strategies, lead a high-performing sales team, and scale our market presence. If you have deep knowledge of the local micro-market and a track record of closing high-value deals, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Revenue: Define and execute sales strategies to hit quarterly and annual revenue targets for premium projects.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-converting sales team, driving accountability and performance.
- Channel Network: Expand and maintain a strong network of brokers, channel partners, and wealth managers across Central India.
- HNI Closings: Personally lead negotiations and close high-ticket deals with HNIs and corporate clients.
What We Look For:
- 8+ years in real estate sales, with 3+ years in a core leadership role.
- Deep understanding of the Bhopal real estate market and buyer demographics.
- Proven ability to build channel partner networks and handle high-ticket closures.
- Excellent negotiation, data tracking, and communication skills.
