Head of People & Culture

Wolfbrook Property Group

Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealandexecutiveonsite

Not all people leadership roles are created equal. If you're energised by growth, commercial decision-making and building high-performing teams in a business that's constantly evolving, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

At Wolfbrook, growth is not a strategy document, it's what we do all day, every day.

As our Head of People & Culture, you'll lead the people strategy across a diverse group of businesses across New Zealand spanning property development, construction, property management, finance, sales and corporate functions. You'll be a key member of the leadership team, helping ensure our people capability keeps pace with the scale and ambition of the business.

This is not a role for someone who relies on process for process' sake. We're looking for a commercially astute leader who understands how to balance people, performance and practicality in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and decisions need to be made - today.

If this sounds like you - we want to hear from you. Call Jay on 027 299 3912 or email [email protected] for a confidential discussion.
