Our Client is a successful and growing company group in Lithuania expanding into new European markets. The company is operating within highly regulated market and is currently planning to hire:

Head of Legal & Compliance

Main responsibilities:

· Developing and implementing legal and compliance strategy of the group

· Managing a team of legal and compliance professionals (up to 10)

· Overseeing gambling licensing and owning regulatory relationship with licensing authorities

· Managing new licensing processes and new market entry projects

· Ensuring AML/CFT, KYC, Responsible Gambling and other regulatory requirements (across 5 jurisdictions)

· Provide day-to-day legal advice on product development, advertising, data rights and customer terms across markets

· Overseeing corporate structure and governance

· Supervise corporate agreements, partnerships, guidelines and policies

· Legal involvement into M&A, investment, financing and other strategic projects

· Managing regulatory audits and disputes

· Partnering with external legal advisors in different jurisdictions

Profile:

· 5+ years of experience in the in-house legal team or a law firm

· Experience in a complex corporate governance set-up

· Experience of or exposure to regulated markets

· Demonstrable exposure to multi-jurisdictional regulations

· Confidence and credibility to operate at senior management level and to influence across the business

· Team management experience

· Law degree

· Ability to travel

· Fluent in English and Lithuanian
