As Head of Sales BeNeLux, you will lead, structure and scale the account management function to maximise recurring revenue, reduce churn and grow key accounts in a product‑led, data‑driven environment. Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the account management team: set clear targets, define ways of working and foster collaboration and performance.
- Own renewals and churn management: secure contract renewals on optimal terms, detect early churn signals and implement retention actions.
- Co‑define and implement the account management strategy, acting as a sparring partner to the leadership team on recurring revenue and customer success topics.
- Stay operationally involved by managing a portfolio of strategic key accounts, building senior relationships and deeply understanding client needs.
- Use data, KPIs and reporting to steer decisions, optimise processes and continuously improve customer lifetime value and net retention.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in a leadership role in Account Management, ideally within a B2B SaaS or subscription‑based environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in renewals and churn management, with a track record of retention and expansion of existing customers.
- Strong people leader with excellent coaching skills, able to inspire, challenge and develop an AM team.
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on mentality: comfortable designing strategy and executing it personally when needed.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to engage confidently at senior customer level.
- Highly analytical and data‑driven, working comfortably with KPIs, dashboards and reports to support decision‑making.
