Orocraft Jewellery is establishing India's first dedicated pure gold jewellery manufacturing house, positioning purity new category in the Indian market. We are seeking a Head of Sales — a relentless hunter who opens doors, closes deals, and builds the team to do it at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the national sales strategy across jewellers, retailers, and brands
- Hunt aggressively for new business — identify, pursue, and close accounts others would walk away from
- Build Orocraft's client base from the ground up and expand it into every viable market
- Recruit, build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team from scratch
- Set ambitious revenue targets and consistently beat them
- Develop and own key accounts, turning first orders into long-term partnerships
- Lead Orocraft's presence at IIJS and other exhibitions, converting every lead into pipeline
- Devise creative, category-defining go-to-market plays to put 24KT gold on the map
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and pricing to keep OroCraft sharp
- Work hand-in-hand with production, design, and marketing to match supply with demand
- Deliver sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to management
Requirements
- Proven experience in gold jewellery sales — this is a must
- A demonstrable track record of hunting, building pipeline, and smashing revenue targets
- Experience building and leading a sales team
- An aggressive, initiative-driven mindset with the creativity to open markets others can't
- Sharp negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across markets
- A collaborative, hands-on approach, with the flexibility to take on responsibilities beyond the defined role
