Position: Head - Technical Services
Location: Peliyagoda, Sri Lanka
Qualification : BSc Eng in Civil Engineering from a reputed Institution
Experience: Min 10 years’ experience in the construction and related sector, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Technical Services function with a stronger focus on business opportunity development across projects, RMC, institutional and retail segments.
- Prospect and develop new B2B and retail project opportunities through engagement with consultants, contractors, developers, project owners and RMC plants, and drive specifications, approvals and technical acceptance to create a strong pipeline for the Sales team
- Provide technical support, application guidance and solutioning to customers to ensure product performance and service excellence.
- Work closely with Sales, Quality, Plant and Logistics teams to support conversion of opportunities and effective project execution
- Lead customer complaint resolution, if any, root-cause analysis and corrective actions to enhance customer confidence and strengthen market reputation.
