About the role: As e-commerce operations expand across SKUs and daily orders, Satvic needs a leader who can manage inventory, forecasting, stock, suppliers, and logistics across every category. This person will also need strong interpersonal skills to build a team under them.

What you'll own:

Inventory accuracy — keeping stock live and accurate so you always know exactly what you have and where
Demand forecasting — predicting what's needed a week, two weeks, and a month out — never caught short, never sitting on dead stock
Logistics and cost — keeping logistics costs down, helping make bigger calls as the business grows (second warehouse? hub-and-spoke model?)
Suppliers and vendors — finding new suppliers, managing relationships, ensuring timely payments
Daily operations — fixing issues on the shop floor day to day

Apply if: You have 3+ years in operations with hands-on warehouse experience (ideally D2C), you're great with spreadsheets and make data-driven decisions, you're excellent at managing supplier/vendor relationships, and you take ownership before being asked.

Don't apply if: You're looking for a strategy seat where you delegate the doing — this is hands-on, close to the warehouse, every day.
