Your Role

As our Sales Director / Head of Sales, you will take ownership of an established sales system and lead its further growth in a company delivering complex B2B IT solutions and services.

You will manage a sales organization consisting of Key Account Managers, Inbound & Outbound Sales, and Presales, while working closely with technical teams, Delivery, and the Management Board.

This role is open not only to experienced Sales Directors but also to ambitious Sales Managers, Team Leaders, or Senior Account Managers ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Lead, develop, and manage the sales organization, including Key Account Management, Inbound & Outbound Sales, and Presales teams,

🔸 Own and continuously improve the Sales System, covering account management, pipeline management, lead generation, sales processes, and team standards,

🔸 Build and strengthen relationships with Clients, strategic accounts, and our technology partner, ServiceNow, supporting long-term business growth,

🔸 Monitor and optimize sales performance through KPIs, forecasts, dashboards, pipeline reviews, and data-driven decision-making,

🔸 Collaborate closely with Presales, Delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful execution of business opportunities and customer projects,

🔸 Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, AI adoption, and regular reporting to the Management Board.

Skills We Are Looking For

🔸 Proven experience in sales leadership or strong potential for stepping into a Sales Director role, ideally in complex B2B IT environments,

🔸 Deep understanding of consultative B2B sales, including Key Account Management and Strategic Account Management,

🔸 Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to work effectively with KPIs, dashboards, forecasts, and pipeline analysis,

🔸 Process- and systems-oriented thinking, including the ability to assess sales effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and improve performance,

🔸 Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with Presales, technical teams, Delivery, and senior leadership,

🔸 Openness to change, innovation, and modern sales practices, including automation and practical use of AI in sales.
