About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to build and lead the operational backbone of a growing technology company.

The company operates daily from 1:00 PM to 2:00 AM through multiple shifts and departments, including Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Software Development, Design, SEO, HR, Finance, Administration, and Operations.

The Founder is looking for a proven operational leader who can establish complete visibility, accountability, reporting, controls, systems, and operational excellence across the entire organization.

This role is designed for an executive who has previously built and scaled operational systems within technology, software, digital marketing, or service-based organizations.

Mission

Your mission is simple:

Transform the company from a people-dependent organization into a process-driven, KPI-driven, and data-driven business.

The Founder should be able to understand the health of the company through systems, dashboards, reports, and controls rather than manual follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership
  • Conduct a complete operational audit of the company
  • Design and implement scalable operational structures
  • Establish accountability frameworks across all departments
  • Create operational controls and reporting mechanisms
  • Build a high-performance operational culture
  • SOP & Process Development

Design and implement SOPs for

  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • HR
  • Finance
  • Administration
  • Project Management
  • Development
  • Design
  • SEO
  • Operations
  • Business Systems & Technology

Lead implementation and optimization of

  • CRM Systems
  • ERP Systems
  • HRMS Platforms
  • Project Management Platforms
  • Asset Management Systems
  • Inventory Management Systems
  • Reporting & Dashboard Solutions

Executive Visibility & Reporting

Build systems that provide visibility into:

  • Employee productivity
  • Team performance
  • Sales activity
  • Project progress
  • Financial performance
  • Asset allocation
  • Inventory movement
  • Department KPIs

Performance Management

Develop:

  • Company-wide KPI frameworks
  • Employee scorecards
  • Department performance reports
  • Weekly executive reporting
  • Monthly operational reviews

Required Experience

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior operations leadership role
  • Experience within Technology, Software House, IT Services, Digital Marketing, BPO, or Agency environments
  • Proven track record of implementing SOPs, KPIs, Dashboards, Reporting Structures, CRMs, and ERPs
  • Experience managing multiple departments and teams

  • Reporting structure implementation

Days 61–90:

  • Executive dashboards
  • Operational controls
  • Asset management system
  • Inventory controls
  • Productivity reporting
  • Company-wide accountability framework
