About The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to build and lead the operational backbone of a growing technology company.
The company operates daily from 1:00 PM to 2:00 AM through multiple shifts and departments, including Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Software Development, Design, SEO, HR, Finance, Administration, and Operations.
The Founder is looking for a proven operational leader who can establish complete visibility, accountability, reporting, controls, systems, and operational excellence across the entire organization.
This role is designed for an executive who has previously built and scaled operational systems within technology, software, digital marketing, or service-based organizations.

Your mission is simple:
Transform the company from a people-dependent organization into a process-driven, KPI-driven, and data-driven business.
The Founder should be able to understand the health of the company through systems, dashboards, reports, and controls rather than manual follow-ups.

Required Experience
Mandatory:
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years in a senior operations leadership role
- Experience within Technology, Software House, IT Services, Digital Marketing, BPO, or Agency environments
- Proven track record of implementing SOPs, KPIs, Dashboards, Reporting Structures, CRMs, and ERPs
- Experience managing multiple departments and teams
