Role Description The Head of Sales will lead Realty Assistant’s sales function, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for setting sales targets, designing go-to-market strategies, and overseeing execution across multiple product lines and locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales leaders and teams, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing sales processes to improve conversion and customer satisfaction. The role will involve close collaboration with marketing, operations, and leadership to align sales initiatives with business objectives and brand positioning. The Head of Sales will also engage with key clients and developers, negotiate high-value deals, and represent the company at industry events and forums.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including experience in building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Proven Account Management expertise, with a track record of nurturing strategic relationships and driving repeat business.
- Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, forecast performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Extensive experience in real estate, financial services, or related industries; exposure to residential and commercial real estate is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on ethics, compliance, and customer experience.
