About Elevate Holdings

Elevate Holdings is a new luxury real estate developer with a singular focus: delivering world-class residences in the most beautiful locations in Northern Pakistan. Over the next five years we will deliver three landmark mountain projects, each built to an international standard the region has never seen. We are not here to add to the skyline — we are here to redefine what luxury means in Pakistan, and to put its mountains on the global map.

The Nathia Reserve is our first project, and the entire company is being built — openly and ambitiously — around it.

The Opportunity

The Nathia Reserve is an ultra-luxury residence on a landmark site in Nathia Gali, finished to a benchmark set by the best developers in the world, in a one-of-one setting no competitor can replicate. The residences will operate as a managed hospitality asset after handover — giving owners a real return alongside a home in the mountains.

We launch later this year. We are looking for the person who will own that launch — and every sale after it.

The Role

As Head of Sales & Marketing, you are the single owner of revenue and brand. You will set the pricing strategy, build and activate the dealer and channel network, recruit and lead the sales team, and own the brand narrative that justifies a genuine premium. This is a founder-level seat reporting directly to the CEO — the most important hire we will make this year.

This is not a role for someone who waits for leads. It is for an operator who arrives with relationships, builds the machine, and sells.

What You'll Own

  • The end-to-end sales strategy, from pre-launch through full sell-out
  • Pricing and the rate card — positioning every residence by floor, view and orientation
  • The dealer and channel-partner network — recruiting, activating and managing the relationships that drive volume
  • Recruiting, training and leading a high-performing in-house sales team
  • The marketing direction and brand narrative, in partnership with our content team
  • The launch event strategy and the pre-sale campaign that builds to it
  • Pipeline, forecasting and — critically — collections discipline

What Success Looks Like

  • A compelling, defensible rate card in market early
  • An activated dealer network and a full pre-launch pipeline
  • A launch that converts
  • A portfolio that sells out, with collections delivered on schedule
  • A brand the market associates with the very top of Pakistani real estate

Who You Are

  • A senior real estate sales leader with a strong track record in the Pakistani market (7+ years, including time in a Head / Director seat)
  • You bring a live, transferable network of dealers and channel partners you can activate quickly
  • You have sold out — or substantially sold — a project before, and can speak to the numbers
  • You can build a rate card from first principles and defend a premium without discounting
  • You have built and led a sales team to target
  • You have run project launches and pre-sale campaigns

Bonus Points

  • Experience in luxury, branded-residence or hospitality real estate
  • Networks among second-home / holiday-home buyers, or overseas Pakistani buyers in the UAE and UK
  • Strong instincts for digital marketing and personal brand
