We are a fast-growing international fintech company helping businesses seamlessly move money, manage payments, and access modern financial infrastructure. Our mission is to empower companies with scalable payment solutions that combine technology, financial services, and strategic partnerships to drive global growth.

We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to take ownership of sales and strategic partnerships, accelerate revenue growth, expand market presence, and build a scalable ecosystem of partners and distribution channels.

Location: Preferably Cyprus or Malta, though fully remote arrangements can be considered for exceptional candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

Revenue Growth & Business Development

  • Own and deliver ambitious revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain a predictable, scalable sales pipeline.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Drive growth across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customer segments.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and commercial optimization efforts.

Sales Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization.
  • Establish and optimize sales processes, KPIs, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
  • Develop and execute both outbound and inbound sales strategies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Design and execute a partnership strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage key channel partners, distributors, and strategic alliances.
  • Develop new indirect sales opportunities through ecosystem partnerships and commercial collaborations.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, including referral, revenue-sharing, distribution, and embedded finance partnerships.
  • Drive partner engagement, performance management, and long-term relationship success.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in senior sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and indirect sales channels.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within fintech, payments, e-wallets, banking, SaaS, embedded finance, or other technology-driven businesses.
  • International business development experience.
  • An established network of industry partners and strategic contacts.
  • Experience launching new markets, products, or distribution channels.

Leadership Profile

We are looking for a commercially driven leader who knows how to create sustainable growth through a combination of direct sales execution and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a hands-on approach, is comfortable closing complex strategic deals, and has a proven ability to build scalable revenue engines through people, processes, and partnerships. They should be equally effective in shaping long-term commercial strategy and driving day-to-day execution.
