Our client is expanding its retrofit operations and is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded retrofit professional to help shape the next phase of growth. This role offers the chance to combine operational leadership with strategic influence, working within a business that is scaling quickly and making a meaningful impact across communities throughout Ireland.
The Role:
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Head of Retrofit, Retrofit Programme Manager, or Senior Retrofit Project Manager ready to take ownership, lead high-performing teams, and contribute directly to business success.
The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of residential retrofit projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, customer experience, and commercial performance. They will work closely with senior leadership to develop delivery capability, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and support the continued expansion of the retrofit function.
The Person:
Candidates should bring proven experience managing retrofit programmes or large-scale construction projects in Ireland, together with a strong understanding of SEAI schemes, particularly the Warmer Homes Programme. Experience within the One Stop Shop environment and knowledge of whole-home retrofit solutions, including insulation, heat pumps and solar technologies, would be highly advantageous.
