Reflekt is an indie skincare brand powered by proprietary technology coupled with exfoliation + hydration at every step to help skin appear smooth and renewed with a youthful, healthy glow.
We are quickly growing in independent retailers, spas, and lifestyle boutiques and are looking for a driven, relationship-oriented wholesale rep to help expand our footprint nationwide. This is purely a sales role. You will focus on opening doors and closing accounts, our internal team handles onboarding, training, order processing, and fulfillment.
What You’ll Do
- Open new wholesale accounts with independent retailers, spas, & lifestyle boutiques
- Actively prospect, pitch, follow up, & close new partners
- Leverage your existing relationships & continue building new ones
- Represent Reflekt’s brand, products, & values with retail partners
- Consistently build & manage your own sales pipeline to drive growth
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of wholesale or field sales experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle
- Proven ability to open new accounts, not just manage existing ones
- Existing network of indie retailers, spas, and boutiques is a must
- Self-directed, persistent, & comfortable with outbound selling
- Motivated by results, relationships, & commission-based upside
- Passion for beauty, skincare, & indie brands
