Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end HR operations for clinical & non-clinical staff
• Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning & retention strategies
• Oversee employee engagement, performance management & grievance handling
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, hospital policies & statutory requirements
• Manage payroll, compensation & benefits administration
• Design and implement training, leadership development & succession planning
• Partner with leadership on organizational development & change initiatives
HR Policies & Compliance
- Formulate and update HR policies (attendance, leave, conduct, performance).
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and healthcare regulations in Kerala and India.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
Key Requirements:
• 8–12 years of HR experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Malayalam & English preferred
