For our client, we are seeking a Head Of People & Performance to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $200,000 – $275,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Define strong leadership standards at the company through clear accountability and operational norms
- Oversee the performance architecture from goal-setting through employee evaluations aligning with business outcomes
- Lead organizational design and change management aligned with evolving business models
- Diagnose and enhance the company culture, identifying necessary shifts and building what’s missing
- Create engagement strategies that drive retention and performance based on data
- Champion an AI-native approach in People operations, focusing on automation and human enhancement
- Manage the talent acquisition strategy to attract candidates suited for a transformative environment
Qualifications
- Senior HR leadership experience in technology companies during periods of transformation or scaling
- Proven track record in building strategic People functions beyond compliance and administration
- Experience in defining leadership standards and embedding accountability into organizational culture
- Demonstrated achievements in performance, engagement, and culture with measurable outcomes
- Comfortable as a thought partner at the CEO level, with an ability to influence
- Practical experience applying AI to People workflows or organizational design
- Strong systems thinking mindset and a proactive builder attitude
