About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Head to lead and manage sales operations at the project site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading the sales team, improving conversion rates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in real estate sales, team management, and achieving ambitious business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the on-site sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Drive sales performance and ensure revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Oversee lead generation, sourcing, customer engagement, and deal closures across multiple channels.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry and site visit to booking and final closure.
- Monitor daily sales activities, team productivity, and conversion performance.
- Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, events, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and sales excellence.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and management updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- 9–10 years of experience in real estate sales, including team leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience in managing project sales and achieving business targets.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Graduate mandatory).
- MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
