DHL Global Forwarding is looking for a Head of IT/BPO – DGFF Adriatic Cluster to lead the IT and Business Process Optimization agenda across Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia. The Role

As part of the Adriatic Cluster senior leadership team, you will define and deliver the IT and BPO strategy, ensuring stable operations, optimized processes, and alignment with global DGFF standards. You will lead diverse teams across multiple countries, strengthening capabilities, performance, and collaboration while supporting the business with reliable and innovative IT solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing IT and BPO experts across the Adriatic Cluster
• Define and execute the regional IT and BPO strategy in line with business priorities
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations and system support
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Management to deliver strong business outcomes
• Manage regional and global stakeholders and IT service providers
• Lead regional IT and transformation projects with significant business impact
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and global DHL standards
