We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Online Casino Operations to lead and manage all online casino operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in iGaming, content strategy, game performance optimization, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in casino content management, promotional execution, and cross-department collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Management

  • Oversee the regular update, creation, and publishing of casino content on the website.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and maintain CMS systems to ensure efficient content workflows.

2. Game Ranking & Merchandising

  • Organize, categorize, and rank casino games to enhance user experience and maximize revenue.
  • Continuously optimize game positioning based on performance data and player behavior.

3. Offer & Promotion Management

  • Configure and manage bonuses, campaigns, and promotional offers based on directives from Product and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor promotional effectiveness and adjust mechanics to improve conversion and retention.

4. Content Optimization & Strategy

  • Analyze content performance metrics and user engagement data.
  • Refine content structure and presentation to align with marketing strategies and target audience needs.
  • Identify trends in player preferences and implement improvements accordingly.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the casino content and operations team.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Marketing, CRM, Designers, and external content providers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to support acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as GGR, NGR, player activity, game performance, and campaign results.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven action plans.

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in casino management within the iGaming industry.
  • Industry Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of online gambling products, game providers, mechanics, and player behavior.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in online gaming.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and back-office casino tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance analysis and optimization.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and KPIs relevant to casino operations.

Communication & Leadership

  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Languages

  • Proficiency in English (Strong Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate or higher).
