Our client, a major player in HR and payroll services, is seeking a Head of Payroll to oversee the delivery of high-quality payroll solutions for a varied client base.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing, coaching and developing a team of payroll professionals to ensure strong performance and service consistency.
- Overseeing the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of all payroll activities delivered to clients.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls and enhance operational efficiency.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and handling escalations when needed.
You will be a strong match for this position if you bring:
- Master's degree in HR.
- Proven experience managing payroll operations within a service oriented environment.
- A structured, analytical mindset with experience contributing to financial performance or managing budgets.
- French & english are required.
