Regional Head of Admissions, Marketing, and Communications (MAC) | Central Europe | Independent Education Group up to €80,000

Location: Base flexible within Central Europe (with regional travel).

The Opportunity

A leading, dynamic independent school group is seeking an outstanding strategic and operational leader to join their Central Europe Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Operating within a matrix structure, the Regional Head of Admissions, Marketing, and Communications (Head of MAC) takes full ownership of driving student attraction, enrolment, and retention across a portfolio of schools in Central Europe.

This is a pivotal role for a commercially astute professional who can balance high-level data analysis and pricing strategies with the emotional intelligence required to lead diverse, multi-location teams. The mission is to ensure that while every school leverages the power of the wider group, each campus retains its unique story, distinctiveness agenda, and elite customer experience journey.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Admissions & Pipeline Management

  • Lead, coach, and guide country and school admissions teams to hit and exceed annual enrolment benchmarks and student retention budgets.
  • Train and develop local teams to overcome objections, recognise buying signals, and successfully navigate the student pipeline from enquiry to enrolment.
  • Partner with schools to design localised pricing strategies, including scholarships and founding family initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional targets.
  • Monitor local regulatory environments and potential policy changes that could impact the parent purchasing journey.

Brand, Marketing & Communications

  • Oversee the development and execution of annual regional marketing plans that sharpen each school’s unique selling propositions (USPs) within competitive local markets.
  • Maintain ownership over website development, paid media ROI, and content strategies, while spearheading regional PR and crisis communications when required.
  • Ensure absolute visual and messaging consistency across all offline and digital collateral by implementing clear group style guides.

Data, CRM & Analytics

  • Act as the regional expert for the CRM system, ensuring precise data capture, workflow compliance, and accurate forecasting.
  • Interrogate market data and analyze critical performance metrics (such as lead velocity, conversion rates, and demographic shifts) to mitigate pipeline risks and target new growth.

Outreach & Events

  • Map and execute a sophisticated external network strategy, building mutually beneficial relationships with corporate accounts, education agents, feeder schools, and chambers of commerce across Central Europe.
  • Oversee school event calendars to ensure major open days and external events are impeccably timed, executed, and optimized for student recruitment.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is essential.
  • 5–7 years of successful sales or marketing experience, with a proven history of driving tangible business growth within a highly competitive market.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience within the K-12 private schools market or higher education. Experience within premium service delivery sectors will also be highly valued.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams, coupled with an advanced ability to use CRM systems and data analytics to inform business decisions.
