Visualize is a design studio dedicated to sports-based startups, helping founders clarify their identity, communicate their value, and present their ideas with the energy the sports world demands. We specialize in UI/UX design, brand identity, pitch decks, product visuals, social content, and ongoing creative support for fast-moving, competitive sports markets ($5,000/mo subscription model).
Visualize has partnered with clients across the NBA, NFL, and NCAA, with a design approach rooted in modern, dynamic, and clean visual systems, credible enough for investors and engaging enough for fans. We've surpassed $100K in total revenue and are now at $10K/mo in recurring revenue, with a growing focus on sports tech startups as we look to scale further.
We're looking for our first full-time team member: someone obsessed with outbound and content who can fill our pipeline so we can keep saying yes to even more great clients.
What You'll Do
- Run cold email and cold DM campaigns to identify and contact prospective clients.
- Plan and run paid acquisition campaigns on Meta to generate inbound leads
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, booking discovery calls onto the founder's calendar
- Write and post LinkedIn and X content to build the Visualize brand and drive inbound interest
- Track outreach activity, ad performance, response rates, and pipeline metrics
- Continuously test messaging, channels, and targeting to improve booked-call volume
Who You Are
- Have shown prior success in growing a company, cold email, cold DM outreach, or paid social ads (no specific age or degree required, prior success is weighed more)
- Experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
- Comfortable writing and posting LinkedIn/X content in the founder's voice
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection, persistent without being pushy
- Familiar with either startups, sports business, or sports tech (or excited to learn)
- Organized, self-directed, comfortable working with minimal oversight
- Bonus: experience with CRM/outreach tools (e.g. Instantly, Apollo, Smartlead)
Compensation
$1,000–$2,000/month base, depending on experience and hours.
Fixed commission per booked (and qualified) discovery call.
