Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of a recently listed SME on the BSE. The ideal candidate will bring 3–4 years of relevant experience in the staffing industry or a similar setup, with a strong grasp of financial accounting, compliance, and investor engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive financial discipline while building a credible and positive financial narrative for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end financial accounting, reporting, and supervision of company finances
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Manage all post-IPO compliance requirements, including SEBI, BSE, and other statutory obligations
  • Lead and coordinate Board Meetings, prepare board packs, and present financial insights to the Board
  • Act as the primary interface for investors, analysts, and stakeholders; build strong investor relations
  • Support and coordinate PR activities to enhance the company’s financial image and market positioning
  • Develop and communicate a compelling financial outlook and growth strategy
  • Implement robust internal controls, financial systems, and governance practices
  • Collaborate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.

Key Requirements:

  • CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
  • 3–4 years of experience in the staffing industry or similar SME environment
  • Prior exposure to IPO processes and post-listing compliance is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance
  • Proven ability to engage with investors and present financial data effectively
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in managing high-growth or newly listed companies
  • Ability to build investor confidence and articulate financial performance clearly
  • Strong coordination skills across finance, legal, compliance, and PR functions
  • Reporting To: CEO / Board of Directors
