Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data Science
- Experience leading DS teams in business-critical environments
- Strong exposure to pricing, forecasting, optimization, and causal inference problems
- Expertise in MMM (Market Mix Modelling), price elasticity, and demand forecasting
- Experience building scalable modelling systems across large datasets
- Strong understanding of experimentation, validation, and interpretability
- Ability to work across strategy and execution
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end-to-end data science roadmap
- Build intelligence systems across pricing, promotions, demand forecasting, and growth
- Architect scalable modelling frameworks across SKU × city × platform datasets
- Build and mentor a high-performing Data Science team
- Set standards for modelling rigor, experimentation, and validation
- Partner with engineering to productionize models into decision systems
- Drive measurable business impact through data science initiatives
- Ensure DS outputs influence pricing, inventory, and spend allocation decisions
