That's why we're looking for a Head of Community who can bring structure to chaos, build scalable systems, and turn individual creator successes into a repeatable growth engine.
What you'll do as our Head of Community
- Own and scale our creator and community ecosystem
- Lead and coach our 3 Community Managers
- Build systems and feedback loops that continuously improve creator performance
- Use content and performance data to identify winning creators, concepts, hooks and angles
- Ensure a consistent flow of authentic, high-performing content
- Create structure that allows the team to scale efficiently without losing quality
- Organize online and offline community events
- Collaborate closely with Media Buyers, Creative and Founders to align content with business goals
- Develop processes that support our goal of scaling towards 1,000+ active creators
- Identify opportunities to improve community engagement, content quality and creator output
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Community, Influencer or Creator Management
- Experience building or scaling a creator community, ambassador program or influencer network
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Experience organizing online and/or offline events
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative and Performance teams
- Experience working with influencers, creators or UGC programs
Bonus points if you have experience with
- DTC e-commerce brands
- TikTok Shop
- Influencer agencies
- Paid Social or Creative Strategy
- Managing large-scale creator acquisition programs

- A part-time or full-time position (minimum 32 hours), based at our headquarters in IJsselstein (near the A2, close to Utrecht)
- A salary between €3,800 and €4,200 based on full-time employment
