We’re a bootstrapped, profitable AI sales platform built for Indian MSMEs — scaling to 5,000 this year.
We’re not hiring a doer.
We’re hiring the person who builds the system that grows.
You’ll own the entire revenue and growth architecture — and lead a team of entire funnel who execute it.
What you’ll own:
→ Design the full sales + growth strategy from scratch
→ Build outbound, inbound, and channel playbooks for the team
→ Own the marketing architecture — campaigns, funnels, automation
→ Set targets, KPIs, and SOPs for each team member
→ Personally close key/strategic accounts while the team handles volume
→ Report directly to the founder — weekly strategy sync, no middleman
What you need:
✅ 3–6 years across B2B sales + growth
✅ Has led or mentored a small team before
✅ Can think in systems — not just tasks
✅ Understands the full funnel: awareness → lead → close → retain
✅ Fluent Hindi + English; knows how Indian MSME owners think
✅ SaaS, tech, CRM
