Filters the AI landscape into clear calls and pushes back on vendor noise

Fluent in services economics: margin, utilisation, billable delivery

Depth in the agentic and LLM stack: RAG, evals, orchestration

Sound judgment on what is feasible and what is not

Designs cheap experiments and kills what does not work

5+ years in AI, technology consulting, or a services business
-
Fluency in English (written and spoken);

Based in Portugal.
