A fast-growing US-based affiliate marketing startup is looking for an experienced affiliate network leader to join as its first dedicated Head of Affiliate Network - working hand-in-hand with the Founder to build the company's affiliate infrastructure from the ground up.

The business is scaling quickly. The affiliate base is growing, the momentum is real - but the network layer hasn't caught up yet. That's where you come in. You'll be the person who turns affiliate relationships into systems, and network potential into execution.

πŸš€ What the role involves

  • Partnering directly with the Founder to translate affiliate strategy into structured, repeatable workflows
  • Building the network foundation: SOPs, CRM setup, reporting dashboards, affiliate documentation
  • Owning accountability across the network - affiliates, sales reps, and contractors
  • Spotting inefficiencies in affiliate flows and fixing them before they become problems
  • Running internal communication so the network operates predictably, not reactively
  • Tracking affiliate execution and making sure things actually get done

🎯 What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in affiliate network management, ideally inside a startup or high-growth environment
  • Experience in performance marketing, or affiliate/lead-gen verticals
  • Someone who has genuinely built affiliate programs from scratch - not inherited them
  • A systems thinker, not a task manager
  • Comfortable working directly with a founder in an unstructured, fast-moving setting
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Bonus: experience scaling affiliate teams, working with US companies, or understanding performance funnels
