For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experiencedGenerative AI Engineer for a long contract based in Stockholm, Sweden

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-agent AI architectures for complex business workflows.
- Develop orchestration frameworks enabling collaboration between multiple AI agents and system components.
- Build solutions that decompose complex processes into structured and automated steps.
- Ensure consistency, quality, reproducibility, and reliability of AI-generated outputs.
- Implement prompt engineering, agent control mechanisms, and workflow orchestration.
- Develop intuitive user interfaces for analytics and decision-support applications.
- Establish traceability, auditability, and data quality controls.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Design and maintain integrations across distributed systems and enterprise platforms.
Required Skills
- Experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong experience in Generative AI and agent-based AI systems.
- Advanced Python development expertise.
- Hands-on experience with:
- LangChain
- Semantic Kernel
- LLM APIs
- AI Agent Frameworks
- Experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of:
- Data modeling
- Information flow design
- System integration
- Structured and unstructured data processing
- Experience with AI system testing, validation, and quality assurance.
Preferred Skills
- UI/UX design for analytical or investigation-based applications.
- Experience in highly regulated or quality-focused environments.
- Knowledge of rule-based and controlled process workflows.
- MLOps practices and AI lifecycle management.
- CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
- Model monitoring and performance tracking.
