About us
Founded in 1973, N. Bazigos S.A. is one of Greece’s leading mold and die makers, designing and manufacturing injection molds, progressive cutting and forming dies, and high-precision parts, with a core focus on thin-wall and IML packaging. Most of our turnover is international.
Automation, digital transformation and AI are central to how we plan to grow. We have already built a range of internal software and AI tools that our teams use daily, and we are now looking to maintain, strengthen and expand this work.
The role
We’re looking for a full-stack engineer with applied-AI experience to take ownership of our internal software and AI tools — maintaining and improving the tools we already have, and building new ones as the business needs them. The role is hands-on, with the opportunity to take a leading part in our digital transformation as it grows.
What you’ll do
• Develop, maintain and extend internal software and AI applications used across the company.
• Build and improve LLM-based assistants and internal web applications.
• Apply solid engineering practices throughout — version control, testing, documentation.
• Work with our ERP system: build and improve reporting, extend functionality, and develop integrations through its API.
• Create reporting and integrations that connect our internal systems.
• Gather requirements from non-technical teams and turn them into reliable, working tools.
• Support technical staff in adopting good software development practices.
What we’re looking for
• Proficiency in Greek and professional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Mid-to-senior full-stack engineer, comfortable across Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications — RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, model APIs.
• Strong version-control discipline and a productization mindset: testing, versioning and documentation as defaults.
• Able to work autonomously and reliably, coordinating with our digital-transformation lead.
• A clear communicator, comfortable working alongside non-technical colleagues.
How you’ll work
• On-site at our premises in Mandra, Attica, 3 days a week, with 2 days remote.
• Full-time, permanent.
• A role with real ownership and room to take a leading part as the work grows.
