If you are excited about building production-grade GenAI and LLM applications that create real-world impact in a dynamic, international environment, we invite you to join our team.
About The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to help design, build, and deploy GenAI and LLM-based solutions across our organization, primarily within the Microsoft and Azure ecosystem. In this role, you turn business challenges into production-ready AI applications, from prompt and retrieval design to evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. You work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver reliable, responsible, and high-impact AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and LLM-based applications (e.g. assistants, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation)
- Build solutions using Microsoft and Azure AI tooling (e.g. Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI), with custom development where needed
- Build robust prompting, retrieval, and evaluation pipelines with reproducible results
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, data sources, and APIs
- Define and track quality metrics (accuracy, latency, cost) and continuously improve solutions
- Apply responsible-AI practices: safety, privacy, evaluation, and monitoring
- Develop reusable components and tooling to accelerate AI development across teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Contribute to deployment and operational practices for reliable AI services
- Stay current with developments in GenAI, LLMs, and the broader AI ecosystem.
What We Offer
- A performance-based salary that grows with your results
- 33 days of leave per year (including public holidays) to support a healthy work-life balance
- Pension plan and travel allowance for on-site working days
- Focus on personal development with a tailored growth plan
- Wide career advancement opportunities across various technical roles and projects
- A young, entrepreneurial, and innovative company culture
- Flexible working hours in a 24/7 environment, with free lunch or dinner on-site
- iPhone, laptop, and other necessary tools to help you perform your work optimally
- Free sports facilities on campus to help you stay healthy and fit.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in software, data, or AI/ML engineering
- Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs (prompting, RAG, and/or fine-tuning)
- Experience with the Microsoft AI ecosystem (e.g. Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI) is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of Python (or a similar language) is helpful, but not a hard requirement
- Familiarity with LLM tooling and concepts (e.g. RAG, vector databases, evaluation frameworks)
- Awareness of MLOps and how AI solutions are deployed and operated
- Familiarity with responsible-AI principles (safety, privacy, evaluation)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and a collaborative, customer-oriented mindset
- Experience in an international or fast-paced environment is a plus.
