As Yacht Head of Service, you will lead the service function onboard and set the tone for outstanding hospitality standards across the guest experience. This is a highly visible role for a polished hospitality leader who can bring structure, discretion, and consistency to a fast-paced luxury environment while working closely with senior crew and operational stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house service operations to deliver a seamless luxury guest experience
- Supervise and train service staff to maintain exceptional presentation and etiquette standards
- Coordinate daily dining, events, and guest preferences across all onboard service areas
- Manage inventory, provisioning, and table settings to support premium onboard hospitality
- Collaborate with the captain and department heads to ensure smooth yacht-wide operations
Requirements
- Experience in luxury hospitality within yachting, private service, or other high-end venues
- Proven experience leading service teams in fast-paced guest environments, including experience as a senior lead in private service
- Strong knowledge of formal dining, etiquette, and premium guest service standards
- Hands-on experience coordinating provisioning, managing inventory for hospitality operations, and overseeing event service
- STCW certification and a valid ENG1 medical certificate
- Silver service training
- Fluent English communication skills
