We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of the Department to lead our academic initiatives in Tellapur, Hyderabad. Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of pre-primary educators to ensure consistent, high-quality instruction

Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum frameworks aligned with early literacy and developmental standards

Conduct regular classroom observations, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development initiatives

Collaborate with stakeholders to align departmental goals with institutional vision and strategic objectives

Oversee the preparation and organization of teaching resources, lesson plans, and assessment tools

Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within the department

Serve as a key liaison between teaching staff, administration, and parents to ensure transparent communication and engagement

Monitor student progress and academic outcomes, using data to inform instructional strategies and interventions
Requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English (BA English) or related field; Master’s degree preferred

10–12 years of progressive experience in early childhood education, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity

Proven track record in curriculum development, team leadership, and teacher mentorship

In-depth knowledge of early literacy frameworks, child development principles, and play-based learning methodologies

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams

Demonstrated ability to drive academic improvement, manage change, and support staff growth

Proficiency in spoken and written English, with a commitment to excellence in language instruction

Benefits
