Traffic is easy to talk about when things are going well. The real challenge is understanding what sits behind the numbers, where growth comes from, what it's worth, and what to do next when the market changes. As Head of Traffic, you'll own Prisjakt's entire traffic acquisition engine across platforms, channels, and markets. You'll be responsible for turning traffic into commercial outcomes, making sure every decision balances growth, profitability, and value for the merchants and brands that make our business possible.

The success of Prisjakt rests on a shared victory: providing shoppers with exactly what they need while delivering high-intent visitors to our partners. Your role is to maintain that momentum, balancing scale and efficiency across all our territories to ensure our commercial flywheel never stops spinning.We're bringing all traffic acquisition together under one leadership model to create faster decisions, sharper execution, and stronger measurement. You'll lead that transformation while helping us protect strong positions in existing markets and find smart ways to grow into new ones.

What you'll be up to:

  • Own Prisjakt's end-to-end traffic acquisition across web, apps, browser extensions, partnerships, widgets, and future platforms, ensuring traffic volume, margin, and purchase intent support our commercial goals.
  • Lead and develop a team of Traffic Specialists, building a broader operating model where people can move across channels, make faster decisions, and optimise the whole system rather than individual silos.
  • Translate forecasts into action by allocating budgets, adjusting channel and market priorities, and making the calls needed to improve performance when conditions change.
  • Drive expansion into new markets and uncover new traffic opportunities while strengthening the markets where we already have a leading position.
  • Act as a key stakeholder for attribution, click logging, ROAS, analytics, and measurement, ensuring decisions are based on reality rather than assumptions.

Who we're hoping to meet

  • You've probably spent years working with traffic acquisition, growth, performance marketing, or a similar commercial discipline. More importantly, you've learned to see beyond individual channels.
  • You understand how SEO, paid acquisition, product improvements, merchant value, customer intent, and commercial performance influence each other. When you look at a traffic report, you're not just thinking about visits or clicks. You're thinking about business outcomes.
  • You know when to trust the data and when to question it. You can zoom into the details when needed, but you're equally comfortable stepping back and asking bigger questions about market priorities, investment decisions, and long-term growth.
  • You're comfortable taking ownership. Not just of targets, but of the decisions required to reach them. That means knowing when to double down, when to stop doing something that isn't working, and when to test an idea that doesn't yet have a playbook.

A few things that will help:

  • Significant experience leading traffic acquisition, growth, or performance-focused teams.
  • Strong operational knowledge of SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, and modern traffic acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, attribution, ROAS, analytics, and commercial performance management.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect acquisition decisions to merchant value and company performance.
  • Fluent English. Swedish is a bonus!.
