Hybrid Part-time or full-time considered.
About us: A charity founded by neurodivergent parents, with our home and flagship community in Sandymount, Dublin. Our child-led, neuroaffirmative practice supports neurodivergent children and their families. We are scaling, purposefully.
The role: A dual mandate, reporting to the Chief Executive.
Technology: Bringing our systems and day-to-day operations together into one joined-up way of working, so the centre runs smoothly and our team can rely on it. This covers our systems, devices, online presence, and the careful protection of children's data. Making the technology invisible and reliable, so our therapists can focus on the children and families in front of them, and supporting leadership with the information they need to make good decisions.
Innovation: building our own innovation practice from the ground up. Assistive communication tools, sensory technology, our internal platform, research partnerships with universities, and new approaches we can call our own.
Key responsibilities:
Technology leadership: getting our core systems and daily operations running smoothly and reliably, with the right tools, policies, and equipment in place
Innovation: developing new tools, research partnerships, and the funding to support them
Operational support: helping the organisation plan, report, and make its case with confidence
Data protection: keeping children's data safe, with clear processes, staff training, and proper oversight of anyone we work with
Who we're looking for:
Essential: senior technology leadership, strong data protection experience, a collaborative way of working, and a real commitment to neuroaffirmative design
Desirable: charity experience, knowledge of assistive technology, and a track record with research partnerships or innovation funding
Personal qualities: values-aligned, both strategic and hands-on, and comfortable building something from scratch
