🚀 The Role
We are looking for a Head of Portfolio for our Tech Division, who will work closely with Enova's founder to support, monitor, and help scale the Group's existing tech companies.
You will act as a trusted partner to portfolio CEOs, driving strategic challenges, tracking performance, and ensuring each company has what it needs to reach its full potential.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor portfolio performance through KPIs, reporting, and regular business reviews
- Act as the main point of contact between portfolio CEOs and the Group
- Work hands-on with leadership teams on strategic challenges (growth, pricing, expansion, fundraising)
- Identify synergies and best practices across portfolio companies
- Support strategic decision-making at Group level with rigorous analysis and clear recommendations
🔎 What We're Looking For
Profile
• Background in strategy consulting, private equity / VC portfolio operations, or strategy & operations roles at a startup / scale-up
• Proven experience working with senior executives and influencing without formal authority
• Strong analytical toolkit: financial modeling, KPI design, business reviews
Capabilities
• Strategic: able to quickly understand different business models and identify what matters
• Analytical: rigorous with numbers, structured in problem-solving
• Trusted advisor: builds credibility and strong relationships with CEOs and leadership teams
• Hands-on: comfortable rolling up sleeves to solve operational challenges

• Strong judgment: clear thinking on priorities, risks, and trade-offs

• Experience or exposure in wealthtech, fintech, proptech, or adjacent sectors
