Senior Manager - Director, Field Service, Europe
We are supporting a global high-tech manufacturing organisation in the search for a Senior Manager or Director to lead service operations across Europe.
This role will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, operational performance, and commercial success while leading a team of service managers and field engineers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop regional field service teams.
- Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Manage service performance, forecasting, and financial objectives.
- Support workforce planning and organisational growth.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic business initiatives.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 15+ years' experience supporting complex capital equipment in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- 10+ years' leadership experience managing technical service or operations teams.
- Strong commercial, operational, and customer-facing experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
