Senior Manager - Director, Field Service, Europe

We are supporting a global high-tech manufacturing organisation in the search for a Senior Manager or Director to lead service operations across Europe.

This role will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, operational performance, and commercial success while leading a team of service managers and field engineers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop regional field service teams.
Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Manage service performance, forecasting, and financial objectives.
Support workforce planning and organisational growth.
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic business initiatives.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Degree qualified in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
15+ years' experience supporting complex capital equipment in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
10+ years' leadership experience managing technical service or operations teams.
Strong commercial, operational, and customer-facing experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
