We are looking for Head of Sales and Revenue who is responsible for the overall revenue growth of all Entertainment Venues, designs offers, pricing, promotions and sales campaigns, ensuring alignment between Marketing, Operations and Revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Offer Management
- Full accountability for ticket sales, events, birthdays, school & corporate programs, and upsells.
- Develop pricing strategies, bundles, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Develop new products, revenue possibilities
- Optimize the revenue stream (reduce hop offs etc.)
- Optimize customer experience and satisfaction within sales process and on the spots
- Plan and monitor revenue goals, KPIs, and conversion rates.
Sales Campaigns & Partnerships
- Design and implement sales campaigns (holiday promotions, events, partner offers).
- Build partnerships with schools, companies, influencers, and local organizations.
- Expand B2B business (corporate events, team-building activities, schools, coupon sales, advertisement sales, product presentations for customers etc.).
- Organize Events in Parks
Marketing Leadership
- Lead and manage the Marketing Manager.
- Ensure all campaigns are revenue-driven.
- Plan digital and local campaigns (social media, online ads, flyers, posters).
Reporting & Coordination
- Work closely with Park Managers / Operations to implement offers and promotions.
- Provide monthly reports to the CEO with analysis and recommendations.
- Track market trends and competitors, proposing new offers and products.
Requirements
Professional
- Experience in sales, business development, or revenue management (leisure, hospitality, retail, or entertainment preferred).
- Knowledge of marketing and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs.
- Proven experience in leading small teams.
Personal

- Hands-on approach and strong execution skills.
- Creative in designing offers, packages, and promotions.
- Excellent communication skills (internal, external, B2B & B2C).
- Fluent in English and Hungarian knowledge.
