Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international steel trading house looking to hire a Head of Sales for mechanical forged, casted, and CNC components to build and lead a new business unit.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for a new mechanical components division, focusing on forged, casted, and CNC parts
- Leverage existing industry network to generate new business and build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate internally to establish sourcing capabilities while managing the full sales cycle
- Role reports to CEO
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Strong experience within forging, casting, CNC machining, or mechanical components sales
- Established network of customers and deep technical understanding of industrial parts
- Proven track record in business development with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluency in German is advantageous
- Role is to be remote
