Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of the Sales Department at Regenta SG's Greenotel, located in Mawal. The Head of Sales will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and implement effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, optimizing sales processes, developing relationships with key clients, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and mentoring team members to achieve performance goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to develop strategies, meet targets, and drive team performance
- Proven expertise in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Experience in Team Management with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams effectively
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and market analysis
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant sales software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry or sustainable business practices is highly desirable
