About Us
Triol-Poland Sp z o. o. is an international company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and supply of low- and medium-voltage variable frequency drives (VFDs), integrated drive systems, and related electrical equipment for industrial and energy markets worldwide.
With more than 30 years of experience in the power electronics market, Triol delivers a full cycle of solutions - from design, production, R&D and sales to implementation and service.
Our production sites and representative offices are located in Poland, the USA, Ukraine, Latin America, Middle East and Indonesia, with over several thousands successful implementations across the world.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our global sales operations from Poland, strengthen our international market presence, and build a high-performing commercial team.
Your responsibilities
- In this role, you will take ownership of Triol’s global sales direction for LV and MV drive solutions and industrial Motion Control applications.
- You will shape and execute the sales strategy together with top management, turning market opportunities into clear sales plans and sustainable growth across international markets.
- A key part of your role will be hands-on sales: working with key customers, strategic accounts, and complex projects, personally leading negotiations and engaging in new business development.
- You will deepen Triol’s presence in priority industrial segments by understanding market specifics, customer applications, and decision-making processes, and by ensuring our products are successfully approved and accepted by customers.
- You will build and lead a strong team of Business Development Managers, including regional BDMs - hiring the right people, supporting their growth, setting clear goals, and creating a transparent and motivating performance system.
- You will also help strengthen the Triol brand in industrial and Motion Control markets through active sales activities, customer engagement, and market visibility - without relying on a separate promotion team.
- Working closely with engineering, production, and service teams, you will ensure that commercial offers are both technically sound and competitive, and that customer expectations are met throughout the sales cycle.
- As Head of Sales, you will organize the department’s work in a structured yet practical way, introducing clear KPIs, dashboards, and control points to track progress and support decision-making.
- You will represent Triol in key negotiations, exhibitions, conferences, and meetings with customers and partners worldwide, contributing directly to the execution of the Market Leadership Strategy and long-term sales growth.
Our requirements
- Proven experience in sales of low- and medium-voltage VFDs or similar industrial electrical equipment, including a leadership role (Head of Sales / Sales Manager or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of industrial and Motion Control markets and how complex technical products are sold on international markets.
- Hands-on sales mindset: ability to personally lead key deals, long sales cycles, and strategic customer relationships.
- Experience building and developing sales teams (BDMs, regional sales), with a focus on results rather than rigid hierarchy.
- Confident communicator and negotiator, able to work across cultures and functions.
- English - fluent (C1); Polish - fluent (C1); additional languages are a plus.
Professional and career growth
This role offers a high level of autonomy and strategic influence, with direct impact on the company’s global growth. You will work closely with top management, participate in defining international expansion priorities, and develop expertise across multiple industries and markets.
