Role Description
We are seeking a Head of Sales for a full-time, on-site role based in Inglewood, CA. The Head of Sales will lead sales strategies, oversee account management, and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing the sales team, analyzing market trends, setting sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through relationship building. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Strong leadership abilities in Team Management, including mentoring and driving team performance
