Role Description The Head of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading the sales organization to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role includes setting sales strategy, defining targets, and managing the overall sales pipeline across key accounts and new business opportunities. The Head of Sales will oversee and coach the sales team, drive performance management, and ensure consistent execution of sales processes and best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, collaborating with marketing and operations, and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership. The role also involves building strong client relationships, resolving escalated issues, and continuously improving customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in Account Management, including building, nurturing, and growing long-term client relationships.
  • Robust Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, assess market trends, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Proven Team Management experience, including coaching, performance management, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies, processes, and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in a customer-focused, quality-oriented environment is highly desirable.
