For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Revenue Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $242,000 – $300,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the global revenue enablement strategy
- Build and manage a high-performing enablement team
- Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps
- Lead enablement for major business transformations
- Establish standards for sales methodology and messaging
- Design effective onboarding experiences for new hires
- Integrate enablement within revenue tooling systems
- Measure effectiveness and ROI of enablement initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior revenue leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Revenue Enablement or related GTM roles within B2B environments
- 5+ years of experience in people management and team building
- Experience working with complex, multi-role revenue organizations
- Proven success in designing impactful enablement programs
- Strong leadership skills with cross-functional influence
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure
- Proficient in data analysis and utilization of systems like Salesforce and LMS
