The Role

Lead our product strategy and development lifecycle, transforming vision into reality while building and empowering a high-performing product team.

What You Will Be Doing

Transform executive vision into concrete, actionable product plans and comprehensive roadmaps
Lead and develop a team of Product Owners/Managers, fostering their growth and performance
Own the entire product development process from ideation through to delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to champion new ideas and drive product execution
Develop well-researched product requirements and serve as the customer advocate
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor analysis to drive innovation and enhance customer experience

What We Are Looking For

Extensive experience with proven leadership capability across product strategy, delivery, and team management.
Strong expertise in defining product and business requirements within software development environments
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, transforming data into actionable insights
Outstanding communication and coordination abilities to guide complex technical projects
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
Online gaming experience preferred, along with familiarity with Jira and product development tools
