Role Overview: -
Our client are seeking an experienced and strategic Head – to lead and oversee Finance & Accounts, HR, IT, Administration, and Logistics functions. This role places strong emphasis on financial leadership, governance, and business partnering, while ensuring operational excellence across support functions.
Key Requirements
- Finance & Accounts
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, audits, and internal controls.
• Drive cost optimization and support strategic business decisions.
- Human Resources
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
• Support organizational development and workforce effectiveness.
- Information Technology
• Manage IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and business continuity.
• Implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Administration
• Oversee facilities, vendor management, and administrative operations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and security requirements.
• Drive cost-effective and efficient workplace management.
- Logistics & Supply Chain
• Supervise logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution activities.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and sales teams.
• Optimize logistics costs, inventory levels, and service performance.
Desired Candidate: -
- Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification
- 12–18 years of experience with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong experience in manufacturing and/or medical devices/pharma sector preferred.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, compliance, and audits.
- Experience managing multiple support functions (HR, Admin, IT, Logistics) is essential.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and digital tools.
